Does anyone know if a Doctor V64 can dump N64 on Cartridge save files?

I know a Doctor V64 can dump roms but does anyone know if it is able to dump the save from a game cartridge to a computer?

You can, according to this FAQ. But it sounds really complicated.

Yes. There are many ways to do it depending on what you have and skill set. The simplest is probably to use one of the save managers to dump to a controller pak and a dex drive to copy to the PC.
