From videos I've seen on youtube, I've noticed Smash Bros. 3DS and Monster Hunter 4 has significantly improved loading times, does this increase in load time speed work for all games played on a New 3DS essentially?

Probably. It's like equipping your PC with faster CPU, more RAM and upgrading the GPU a bit. It's going to be faster and load things faster for the most part.

The only reason why Smash Bros. 3DS and Monster Hunter 4 loads faster on new 3DS is a retarded Nintendo OS. It reboots to other mode with more memory instead of just freeing some.
Games which does not do this won't get faster launch.

How come I can browse the internet while playing games on the 3DS and I can't do that with the PS3?

You can not in Smash Bros. 3DS and Monster Hunter 4. Nintendo reserved some memory for it and now they give it to games. But browsing on 3DS is pathetic experience.

That's cheating. It has 2x RAM. Exclusive games for a 3.5DS is a very bad move by Nintendo. Xenoblade is downgraded for it instead of good port for Wii U.

Besides, I AM NOT WORRIED about the New 3DS. So far, Nintendo is releasing it for its more powerful games like Xenoblade. For most people, like those who care only about Mario or Kirby, can do what they want. If they want to buy a $100 2DS, go ahead. If they want more power, save up for the New 3DS. Besides, nobody got this huffy on the PSP 3000 when the PSP 2000 works perfectly.

All PSPs can play all PSP games. No exceptions.

new 3DS will have exclusives. And what 1st exclusive game is? A DOWNGRADED port of Wii game. We could have a good UPGRADED port on Wii U or true nextgen portable. 240p screen makes me vomit in games with a long draw distance.

It's a downgraded port of a Wii game nobody in the US could play (THANKS GAMESTOP). And of all Nintendo's properties, Xenoblade is like the bottom tier (even though Nintendo thinks everyone loves Shulk (who I had to look up to figure out who the hell he was)).
