Does Zelda Wind Waker (PAL) have language select screen?

I bought Zelda Wind Waker on auction today, but cover and instruction booklet is in German. Does anyone know if PAL version of this game features language select screen? IIRC my friend had french version and everything in game was in English, but it was long time ago so I want to confirm if it's true.

 

If it has one, I haven't found it - but switching your console language should work.

I bought the PAL version recently (I live in the US).

The language select screen is on the game select screen.
EX:

Languages are English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.
