I was watching a video where a guy was unboxing Dolphin carts, this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4IRdbqiAfco So I was wondering if there's any gameplay I can see? Or is there a working emulator? Thanks.
Dolphin is actually the pre-release name for the GameCube. The carts are hard drives in a caddy, and used by game developers during software development and testing (rather than having to write discs). They were used in a couple of systems, the NPDP-GBOX and the NPDP Reader (you can see videos on these here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBhJuoTsw9s and here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k6Lkb0tzZY8 ). These carts held development versions of GameCube games, and the data contained on these should be compatible with most emulators out there, such as the appropriately named Dolphin emulator ( http://dolphin-emulator.com/ ). Hope that helps!
