Donating to the site...

I want to donate to the site but am a bit lost in finding any particular info on doing so...

Any info would be nice

 

From what I've been able to glean from searching the site, it seems that besides the yearly fundraisers (last one I could find was in 2009), you can also PM ASSEMbler to donate to the site as well.

Not sure how up to date that information is, but it's at least hopefully a good lead for you.

(Also props to you donating to the site. The world needs more people who just donate to a favorite site because it's important to them.)

 

Usually donations are given when in need and ASSEMbler himself takes care of it.

So far, if i'm not mistaken, all is nice and well so you can do your part sharing your knowledge, scanning interesting articles, and partecipating in the various topics.

being an active part of the forum is great help to the community too.

 

Thx guys for your replies. Indeed this is very important for me to donate bc places like this one needs to keep alive.

And I know that server costs and maintaining are expensive.

There was a site fundraiser earlier this year, but the promised banners for people who donated never came about.

 

lol, yeah. it took quite a while for the 2009 banners to come out so...

 

Yeah, don't sweat it. I don't think we've had the 2009 banners for 12 months yet!
