Don't think this is rare but need some help

I pick up this game today at the flea market. Impossible Mission - II. Now the problem I am having is I have not seen this version of it. Can anyone help me out its a little beat up but here is a picture of it click to make bigger

 

Seems to be a yellowed non-color label version of the game (us-version).

 

I could only find one picture of this label. A lot better shape lol its white

 

SEI version of Impossible Misson 2.... nothing special if I remember correctly

 

Yea I can only fine one on ebay for like 30 something but its not like the other SEIs. The other ones have a different art also
