Don't you just love when bricks from the building you work in decide to fall off?

It is worth noting that the building is really old (100 years i think) and we had some serious winds today (massively strong). The bricks came down over time since i had seen a picture after some damage was done and it was less beaten up then this.

Feel sorry who own the car, he actualy was a worker at ubi. :(

Nobody hurt. This happen through out the day. I have an ealier shot from work where you can see the back half a little damaged but not even close to being this totaled.

The car was parked (not really a place to park in the first place).

Yeah, Actualy it's in a very residential area. It's next to st-laurant which is a major street but everything behind the building is condos/town houses/apartments. There are a few older buldings in the area (use to be somewhat of an industrial section).

Not surprising, everything fall down out here ^^

But, I'm surprise to not have ears of this one since it's a bit extreme. Maybe tomorrow...

Btw, ubi is not far away from my appartement, I tought they were installed downtown instead

Its kind of odd/funny that ubi is not downtown when EA/EIDOS/A2M and few other minor studios are all located in the downtown region. At least it's near the metro and not that far up north.

Actualy there is a really nice mexican food place if you walk down to mount royal & st-laurant. (since you live in the area).

You'll soon see this on eBay listed with "Minor body restorating required. Comes with several tonnes of bricks & rubble FREE!". Hope he had his insurance up-to-date.

This happens a lot with old brick buildings. Bricks are very weak when it comes to lateral forces. It's obvious the building will have to be inspected.
