I got this in late 2016 but don't own a jamma machine anymore, and I never got around to testing it (however it was last tested by the previous owner on August 20th 2016, so for the sake of pricing assume it works).

Loads of information about it on Sega Retro: http://segaretro.org/Dottori_Kun.

$10-20, they sell in Japan for about 1500 yen.

Do you think I'd be able to get more than that on eBay? I looked through completed listings and couldn't find any.

Hard to say, maybe a few more bucks? They aren't really that rare as they were basically sold with every single candy cabinet.

These, together with a mini Space invaders came free with a new candy cabinet , sold without a game a jamma cabinet in Japan would be higher taxed, as a vending machine instead of game machine .
