I have an MM3 and a SCPH-1001 (PU-8). Before soldering, I wanted to make sure that I have this right. I am horribly unsure of myself every time I touch a soldering iron. Without the words blocking things:
MM3 on scph 100x, no! It's absolutely useless. It works only in standard mode, no stealth. IIRC the install scheme must be right.

Yes in 550x works great and you have full stealth support. That site, what a rubbish, stealth VII, yeh, what a shit, it's only a mm3. Stay away from that shit. Strange things there's jinn name on logo of that shit? Contact ad_ad if you are in EU or jinn if you are in usa, and ask for a mm 2.1 or mayumi v1 (they are the same code).
Just want to say that thanks to Jinn, I've successfully modded this thing with an MM3 and an SPST Switch to turn the chip off for anti-mod games. It works beautifully. With the help of a drill, the switch mounts wonderfully to the left of the memory card/controller ports. I'll add a picture later. Thank you Jinn!!!!
