The "Famicon Mini Series" are a series of Game Boy Advance games that were originally released on the Nintendo Entertainment System emulated on the Game Boy Advance.

It's a list of games released in Japan:

    Pac-Man
    Xevious
    Mappy
    Bomberman
    Star Soldier
    Mario Bros.
    Clu Clu Land
    Balloon Fight
    Wrecking Crew
    Dr. Mario
    Dig Dug
Takahashi Meijin no Bōkenjima (Adventure Island)
    Makaimura (Ghosts 'n Goblins)
    TwinBee (video game)
    Ganbare Goemon! Karakuri Douchuu
Super Mario Bros. 2 (Super Mario Bros.: the Lost Levels)
    Nazo no Murasame Jō
    Metroid
    Palthena no Kagami (Kid Icarus)

    But... what is this?

It's a "Dragon Ball Shenron no Nazo's" Famicom Mini version.

It's a official? If yes, is rare?

    Thanks

Well from the box it looks official , though the Chinese can fake that too. Did you find it in a reputable shop? Did you find it in japan?

I did not know about a FC Mini-version of this Dragonball-game and quick research does not turn up any results. There have been two not-for-sale games in addition to the 30 FC Mini games, both of them very rare and expensive, but neither is Dragonball. Nintendo's official page and several other pages also suggest that there has never been a jpn rerelease of this game for GBA.

Someone printed a small version of the dragon ball famicom box and put inside the original outer plastic box of a famicom mini game

It's fake, the 2 extra club n competition prize only famicom mini games were both gundam ones. There was never a dragon ball one on the official 30 games.
