Hi! I was wondering what your experiences with dragonbox.de (formerly GP2X shop) have been like.
I ask because I placed my 1st order with them two days ago: a pre-order for an SD2SNES flash cart. I was shocked yesterday when it was marked as shipped, even more so when one hour later it was listed as delivered.
I live in an entirely different country and unless I have missed the advent of an actual Star Trek transporter, this does not seem possible.
I contacted the shop but perhaps they are closed on the weekend.
I was curious, is this sort of thing typical from them, and if so, how are they in the customer service department?
    Thanks so much!

Never heard of them, personally I'd only buy sd2snes from krikzz/stoneagegamer

I got my SD2SNES from them. It was the last unit in stock, so I cannot say how they handle backorders. It was delivered within 2 days.
I think it's best to drop them a line, I can do that in german for you if you like, maybe it's just that there's no english-speaking person who got your mail... (just a thought)

Bought my ED64 from him, shipped nice and fast, no need for any communication so can't personally comment on his customer service. However, I do have a friend who bought a Pandora from his shop, started acting up about a year later, he was happy to get it fixed.

They used to be GP2X shop. I wanted to buy from retrogate, but it hasn't been in stock there for a while and there are no pre-orders listed.
SAG is still filling previous orders on this one and does not currently have any pre-orders listed. I would have loved to have purchased my product from either of them but have been checking their sites several times a day for weeks and just got tired. GP2X had a pre-order listed, I went for it.

Good news! The nice folks at DragonBox (formerly GP2X Shop) replied today and let me know that 'delivered' as a status means it has been dropped off at a local mailing facility. Silly language barrier. I order a lot of items here in the US and 'delivered' has always meant it's here =)

PS They claimed to be providing me with tracking info almost two weeks ago and have yet to do so. I will let you know if and when my product arrives.
