    It's a false market. Real estate prices will crash badly eventually.

    HaHa! It's been like that in Texas for at least 15 years. I'm sure the prices will creep up there eventually. In Missouri you can get a house pretty cheap too, much better than in Washington State where I'm from. Of course like I said earlier, it depends on the region of the country you're in. Cailfornia is obscene in housing along with most major cities, and no... I'm not talking about Lincoln Nebraska.
