Speculation I'm sure that whatever was in that Mag was purely speculation. 'Wow T3h DC2 will be 500bit with 127.5Mb of Ram and it can do virtual reality and stuff...but no DVD support'...I wouldn't waste any time on it.
Autumn 99 seems indeed a bit too short for anything beyond pure speculation on the DC's successor... heck, the system had only just been released :smt017
ahh i found issue 67 to 73!!! But not that one... Oh if anyone is looking for these or any old playstation mags i might have them. Tho i did chuck out about 100 or more a few months ago feel bad now cos loads of cool issues went! Inc some great old cvgs when it was a good gaming mag.
