Dreamcast Audio & Video Problems and Dead Motherboard!

Well, let me begin by saying that are two types of problems.
the first problem was caused by me when trying to make the Region Change Mod.

How did not have the experience I have today I ended up doing bullshit on the motherboard of the Dreamcast, probably wrong pin welding in SMD R512 resistor, or let the wire touching any other part of the Board, or something like that ... anyway, despite having other Dreamcast cards I want to leave this again in its perfect state of use.

To make this binding was the problem caused a "almost" black screen, the video was very dark and black and white (too dark, I had to increase the brightness to be able to see better) and the audio disappeared completely.

The wire that connects the mod is no longer there and now I want to fix this mess I made, is there any way to restore it on the motherboard, or some alternative method (for example the VGA Box Mod) for I have audio and video working again?

The mainboard in question is IC BD KATANA MAIN VA1.

Now the second problem, I have two other Dreamcast motherboards that have had a very long screw placed to hold the unit of GD (no, this time I was not ...) causing the trails if they should break. Is there any solution to this problem or can I consider these boards really definitely dead?

These boards are of the same model of the previous problem.

first problem is most likely fuses blown up. second problem, unless you are really, really, really good at soldering (in which case you need to expose the broken tracks using really fine sand paper and 1 copper filament from a cable for every track you fucked up) you can throw the mobo in the thrashcan
