    Id be interested if it werent for the facts that:

    1) Thats too much money. The going rate for the BLUE STARS ones is around 800-1000 MAX. Even at that price it usually doesnt sell.

    2) You have 3 posts, two in this topic.

    3) I dont have that kind of money currently.

    yes i'm news on this forum but a fews member saw what i'm serious.

    for the price ; can you give me link where i can buy this system for 1000 dollars ?

    i have never seen this system to sell for this price.

    One sold on ebay a few months ago for 900$. Yes, it was the blue version. I dont have the link anymore and a search for it is too old.

    Besides, where is this persons sources? They have 15 posts there. Anyone could come out and say what they are worth, its what they sell for is how you set the price for them :p

    I can vouch for the STARS selling for approx £750 and it was quite recent - last 2 months.

    Prior to that homersimpson-doh bought one for almost exactly the same price on ebay - that would have been about 1 year ago.

    I've bought one on yahoo japan which after fees and commission cost £800.

    dot50cal, i trust you, it's possible, there are always exception.
    but in japan this system cost more 900 dollars and it's not sure what you find.

    As one of the DC super-collectors here i must admit that the price is high but o.k. as collectors price.

    This isn't Ebay here and the unit is new - there are just 230 STARS DC out there and if you're waiting to get one for >1000.- $ you're probably doing that for a LONG time - even in Japan / on Yahoo.

    Cheapest I've seen on YJ is 100,000 yen, and if I'm not mistaken -- that one was used. There is of course, the hassle and or fees of an international deal, and hoping the international carrier doesn't play kick the package with it.

    Always comes down to supply & demand

    If you want something bad enough the price you pay is not always sensible.

    If you really need/want a particular item you will pay what you can afford (within reason)

    Recently I had some spare £ and was looking at a Panisonic Q.....but the chance to buy some rare MARIO NR Disks came up...........so these were taken....Pani Q are always available....NR Disks with images.........hard to come buy....when you collect something particular then even rarer....

    Good luck on the EUR1650 figure.............may get it on fleabay on a good day...but think here people know it`s a bit steep!!!
