Hello guys, new here to the threads. I completely enjoy doing small solder work, it takes a lot of patience and skill, and its something i'm willing to take the time to master.

I have been doing some small soldering job's now for the past 4 years or so, and decided that i wanted to completely remove the CHIP, and replace it.

    CAME OUT PERFECTLY.

Posting here, i'd figure it might encourage some and, share the success with the community!

Everything went through very smooth and fairly easy. I used a heat gun, temps over 700F. Hit both sides of the chip and lifted it clean and easy.

Dropped the new chip in and, heated it up same thing. It got soldered into place, wired it up. THE HARDEST part of this WHOLE thing for me was,

taking the wire from LEG 44 to Pin 9 on the IC. IT was hard to get an extremely thin wire to hold solder and then thicken up to stay in the whole.

I had to clump up the solder up top, pull down slowly and, let it melt in the hole SLOW.

    And SUCCESS!

I received the hardware from Bad_Ad84 and he was extremely professional, extremely polite and can definitely be trusted 1000%

Thanks a lot to everyone and Bad_Ad84:encouragement: . I'm loving this new BIOS! :love_heart:
