Awesome collection! You can can probably sell the whole collection for $30,000 or trade for a new car.
Envy is inadequate! Not a big Dreamcast fan, but I do appreciate a great collector and a dedication. This is impressive to say the least. Congrats man! You should write how you obtained all those great things! And thank you for sharing your collection with us. Awesome!
Wow Bel that's an amazing collection!!! :love2: Very impressive!!! Congratulations man! And thank you for sharing it with us!
That collection is amazing. I came across this Dreamcast at a Thrift store. Is this the official blue shell? I also came across this set: and these two smoky controllers, one marked Millennium 2000. I've been looking for info on them but it's hard to find.
Well, what can I say, for a dude like me who owns just one DC and (proud to say ; ) ) one stick arcade controller I must say that is just a dream to have 1/100 of your collection! You have all my admiration for your work and devotion, cheers!
Very nice, though I personally wouldn't have bothered getting the bicycle etc or the LE DC's. I did desire a Divers 2000 CX-1 though but that day has gone! The only reason I ever got different coloured VMU was to know which saves where on which device
How much of it is actually still there? If I recall correctly, bel sold off his collection quite a while ago. At least some box variations and LE DC's went for sure, I think kaori30 bought some.
Contrary to what we can read on some website. There is NO Dreamcast webstore limited, this shell, is like all the other, an unofficial shell case. We must not believe all the nonsense that you can read here or elsewhere :-(
Even working at Sega for the entirety of the Dreamcast's life I never saw that much Dreamcast stuff. That is an ultimate collection.
To be continued....the never ending DC Collection! Beautifully preserved and well looked after, keep up the good work! I'm glad you take great pride in keeping your boxes in mint condition:thumbsup:
your collection is absolutely amazing, i have never seen any of this stuff before, does he still have all that stuff still? how does he deal with his consoles yellowing, my 2 dreamcasts have a horrible yellow colour and are stored in cupboards! i just registered to say this! also how can you not know how much you have spent for all this stuff, all this stuff must have cost you in the £1000s you have ultra mega rare stuff and it must have been very hard to get. don't you have a place to store all of this stuff? you have to insure all of this because if all this stuff gets caught in a fire *touch wood* or something like that you won't be able to replace any of it! also those vmu units how on earth did you get those? i have never seen any of them in sale in the shops when the dreamcast first came out unless it's a american only thing, you even have the tv with inbuilt dc and a machine to make dreamcast game discs XD so much dedication with this collection.
I'm sorry but that is not the case....Sega did release in Japan official coloured shells(top only) Blue, Yellow, Clear and Black. They where all translucent. I had three of them a few years back but sold them. This store had them but also sold out. http://www.gameforfun.com/en/product.asp?product_id=3141# Here is a picture of the yellow cover..you can clearly see the Sega and Windows logo.
