    Hi im after a region free bios dreamcast console. just console only if anyone in the UK has got one? and what sort of price we looking at?

    Bad_Ad84 can sell you the chip but if you're after a complete Dreamcast I'm not sure where to get one. I'd happily sell you a modded NTSC-U DC with the flash modified however you like but shipping would kill the deal and you'd need to swap PSUs in order to avoid a step down converter.

    For the console only with cables? $80 shipped for Americans. Costs me about $40 to find a decent looking Dreamcast these days and the rest is parts+labor.

    Shipping would be at most $45 (yes I know, that sucks) but that is a medium flat-rate box care of USPS. First-class shipping apparently cuts off at 5lb so I'm not sure exactly what it'd run to the UK.

    A medium flat-rate can fit more than just a Dreamcast if you need controllers or a VMU or three. Or anything else for any other consoles, might make it worth the cost.
