Dreamcast Katana HKT-01 Prototype Software restoration help

So, I have come across a sega Katana Development Kit, one of the 2 that I own, and it has 3 development Software(?) on the hard drive. Of course though, this unit needs to be flashed, so it will display nothing and I cannot flash it. my windows 98 drives are incompatible and everything I do, well, does not work. everything. I am useless.

so, because it is on the hard drive, the game's(s) files are converted to multiple files to be read off the hard drive ( which I can only access to look at file ( the kit needs to be flashed, cannot play the software, again.. ) ).

how would one, ( me ), go about converting the software(s) back to .ISO format to burn?


Right now, the hard drive is wiped, back to 2 partitioned 2 GB a piece ( 4gb total ) and I have the software on a backup dvd-rw.

any suggestions? I have SDK R9 and R10.
