This is Africa?

I've definitely seem these listed on eBay for quite a bit before, but the only one that's ended recently is this one: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sega-Drea...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

Obviously condition would play a big part with something like this, since only a collector is going to buy it, so it may have no relevance whatsoever.
