Dreamcast power issues

    hello all, i have a dreamcast with a power issue, when i press the power button the console turns on for less then one second then shuts back off, im pretty sure the console has the VA1 motherboard, any help getting this lined out would be great

    Does the fan spin? Might be some sort of overheating protecting if the fan is not working.
