i wouldnt look at it like that it was either let the copy that was leaked that he had credited twords himself, or spread the release with the info out that gave proper arena credit to service games for buying it, and megalexx for cracking it and such...
Question is how this "other guy" manages to get a copy of this game. Since I wasn't involved in the whole ordeal, I can't really have a say on if leaking the game before the other guy was the right thing or not.
Probably the same way I got a working copy before anyone else here did ! It's all about who you know and so on. Just for the record I did make a donation as well plus made the "official covers" for it. The internet world is full of cheating sods that are out for one person only, themselves ! It's a great shame but if I was in the shoes of Lostuse I guess I would have done the same if only I couldn't have stopped the un-official release. Then again if I was in charge this would have never happened  I'm quite well known for keeping a very close eye on things and being extremely tight about giving ANYTHING out unless I trust the person with my life. Since this topic came up, there is an official UPC for Propeller Arena... I'll try to dig it up when i have a chance... There's a half life upc too....
I thought that came from an ex-Sega Europe employee who used to post on the old Edge forum. He certainly had a GDR copy of Half-Life that was sold shortly before it appeared all over the place.
Back tracking slightly - was the NFO incorrect then in saying that nothing was downsampled? And for ServiceGames, cheers  - its been a while since I played it, but it was fun
