Excuse my ignorance, but what are the Tech Saturn discs? Samples or dev tech demos?

 

They were just demo discs that came with the Tech Saturn magazine.
Some demo's, some movies etc.

Afaik yes it's complete. I had 3 copies and none came with a spine. So it's the game, manual and the leaflets.

Dot; Dreancast express 4 (the one that isn't sold!) contains BH:CV the Tokyo Game Show (Autumn '99) trailer. (That's what the box seems to say, would have to play the disc to make sure).
