Dreamcast SDK Release 9 Europe

Got this with my Devbox (along with copies of the Wince sdk and The R10 SDK)

Is there anything special about this since it has 2 CDs (compared with the R10 SDK) or is there a difference between the jap/us version?

If you look at the CD covers that bigsexyolli kindly posted you can read off the differences in software.
