Dreamcast V1 no video or sound

    Hello,
    I have V1 Dreamcast that I replaced the bios from U/C to region-free, it powers on but no video or sound. I have replaced the bios again to see if the chip was but no luck. I tried all the minor repair tricks replacing the katana sub board to switching out the fan.

    Just curious, what am I looking for on the board? Or just figure out what is severed.

    Wire too big for the links. Most those joints look suspect too
