Hi people- I've got a Weird issue here with a Pal Uk Dreamcast- I am using a RGB Scart Cable that is Brand new and works on other Repaired Dreamcast's Very well but this Particular model. The Drive Spins up but No video is displayed? I have to turn on the unit- unplug the RGB cable-(I Don't like doing this) plug it back in and hey presto the picture is on the Tv . It will stay that way until i turn off the unit I have Tried Various Power supply's Difference Drives Ribbon cables to no Change? Would I be Right in thinking the Video DAc chip has an issue or is there a Cap That's Failed and Causing this issue? Any help would Be appreciated Regards Dakar
