    Can anyone help me figure out what the hell is wrong with this thing?

    -Bad GPU?
    -Bad Capacitors?
    -Bad PSU?
    -Bad Video Memory modules?
    -All of the above
    -I don´t care! :wink:

    Looks like a very badly done video encoding on an AVI. It seems too bright on most area, I'd check around GPU and memory for cracked or bad solder joint. Get a good magnifying glass!
