No, like 'how many Dreamcasts are left in the world' are we genuinely not getting this or is this an attempt at comedy?
There a lot of new ones on USA eBay. As i am buying a few samsung pc cd-rom drives thats shares the same laser i am so happy to find new lasers that work. as for the number in the UK i would say about 2 million left maybe a little more half of them maybe yellowed. As for the USA number i would say 5 million due to them still haveing new consoles. i am just estimating. unless you could get people to give out serial numbers of all dreamcasts owned i could tell from that.
I guess it depends how many we're sold in each region I'd say 2 million were sold in Europe all said and done, maybe 3 million in the Americas 4 million in Japan 1 million other markets? i reckon quite a few units are still out there and ill actively pick up spares or repairs to try and fix and sell on to someone wanting to play the latest releases.
