Drwamcast Toro 480p over scart question

I recently bought a csy-2100 scart to component converter. I don't have a toro VGA box so I was wondering if anyone has tried sending a 480p single over scart with the toro to the csy-2100 scart to yuv converter with any success. Thanks!

 

It should work since it can output 480p over scart. However I am not sure about the scanlines.

 

I'm just not sure if the csy-2100 can accept 480p over scart. It would be a great solution while waiting for something like the ossc to become available.

 

It think It can't differentiate between 480i and 480p, so it should work fine. Similar converters work just fine.
