They seem quite rare, mine is S/N 700226, I haven't seen any higher numbers. What are these units worth?

Theyre pretty rare. I don't know how much theyre worth, but I got my DEX-H10040 for $40 BIN on ebay. idk why DEX instead of DTL but mine looks just like the one in your pictures.
