DTL-H2700 video output problem

I currently switching my ps dev setup to the H2700. First tests show the kit works fine, Analyzer, sample programms, H2510 playback. But here is my issue. The Output of the video signal has some strange bars.
When i start a game over the h2510 the colors are not ok.

But movie playback like a game intro is fine! Only when it goes to ingame graphic.

What i did before is to reflow the two CXD chips with flux and solder iron on the top layer board. This helps but its still not perfect.
Anyone a idea what it can be?

Im not really sure what chips handle that output. And before i try something stupid i ask for some help.
