You can pull it out manually, or hit the side of the tray lightly. This is an easy fix if you open it up, it's the opening up/reassembling that is horrible tho But if you find the manual written by Parris, it's doable. In any case, if you plan to replace it you will be opening anyway.
You may be better off trying to fix your own drive, otherwise you may need to track down an SCPH-10000.
