Dumped By TSD user ou software?

Hi, guys, recently I've been looking at some roms in haxadecimal editors, and I noticed that in some of them it appears the inscription "Dumped By TSD" you know that this TSD is a user that has downloaded the rom or this data is inserted by some equipment? thank you for the informations.
