E3 flasher

Here are the values that my program is suggesting for a CECH20** model.
Please do not quote me on these values, I will need to confirm them for you. I created the program about 2 years ago and I have not touched it in a long time.
The values in red are what you should expect to see at the particular offsets for a CECH20** model console.
When I created the program I used those tables from that site to get my values.
(Heres a picture with a CECH200** dump loaded)
