EA Games flies out mod teams for Battlefield 2 Preview

    Doh! I wish now I never sold my PC last year and I was still coding for Galactic Conquest!

    Battlefield 2 will probably rock if it's half as good as '42 when played on a well-admined server, only a shame I won't be able to code for GC on BF2 without a decent PC either. Oh well ... maybe I'll do some work on the xbox version and sell it on the xbox live marketplace when the x360 comes around :)

    I'm invited to come to the EA lan next week (battlefield 2 is there). If I go I have to make an video of it etc... but have to see if I have time... :)

    It was due on xbox this summer but now I've sen it's been moved to be an x360 launch title if I'm not mistaken.

    The xbox version was just a modern wargame using the BF1942 engine ported to the xbox. They are just consolized versions. If you want real-life then get the PC version. In fact, this is one game I will upgrade my PC for.
