    Here's the story:
My brother buyed Burnout 3 (damn good game!) yesterday, and i wanted to try the online mode twenty minutes ago.

They asked me my nickname , password and email, no problems here but some questions came in mind. hited the button to go to the next step.

they asked me my name, where i lived and all... Some questions where bugling into my head : ''what the heck, do i need to pay to play online?'' .

then i checked the back of the boxe. On a little line at the end was inscrived ''players are responsilbe for all applicable internet fees.'' ''terms and conditions (...) can be found at ea.com .

so, started the pc and checked ea.com, where i didn't find any answer to my question, so im asking here: do you need to pay to play online with burnout 3?

    thx.

till EA changes its mind... :-(

  4. ...It's just a 'standard' disclaimer.

  5. Usually when a game mentions you're responsible for all applicable internet fees, they mean your connection to the internet at home, modem, etc.

Because you know some dumbshit out there would try to sue because a game promised online play and he didn't have the internet.
