So, there are a couple of builds of condemned: criminal origins on my beta 1 kit. Its in the B/S/T and Ive had multiple PMs offering to buy it seperatley. Would it be worth a community dump if I asked for a fund raiser? Also, would this be allowed as it is current gen?

    Thanks

i think its allowed, since the game was released already, what i remember is that you can´t do is release betas of upcoming and to be announced games.

An album with 50 images of just the tip of the iceberg of what is on these builds, it would take me forever to go through all of the debug levels etc, there are so many!

From what I can tell, as an outline, they are all really early builds, and between them, there are quite noticeable differences. I will try and point out what I can remember from what I played.

    - It has wierd debug notifications such as a turtle and a lightbulb.
    - Lots and lots and lots of debug levels
    - One level where you get to fight multiple SSXs, they seem to be like grunts, just a little more health
    - Testing stages with textures and weapons, lots of weapons, most I believe are removed from the final version
    - The old man's face is all screwed up and buggy
    - The earliest build, 110805, has really different lighting and different textures
    - The building in mission one is different to final ( I havent played any other levels, so Im assuming they could be rather different too)
    - The loading screen shows a krypton controller layout
    - Using a keyboard and pressing either # or ` brings up a debug log / cmd menu
    - Earliest build, 110805, doesnt have logos at startup, instead has text, one paragraph states gameplay may change during online play? They also state how the logos may appear once they have finished it, one of the lines say that 'Tom Cruise with a sword', which Im guessing is some sort of inside joke at SEGA?
    - I THINK the evidence scanner is different, you have to align three circles
    - There is an E3 demo folder, with a few playable maps inside
    - Different achievements with different builds
    - Some elements arent even in the game, like sometimes when something is hit or shot, instead of an animation, there will be a blue/purple box there instead
    - Some sounds are implemented, like the elements not being there

Ive only had a little play around with it, there is loads more to look at, its absolutley unbelievable, never seen something like it, so when I get the chance, Ill have a look at more levels for you guys and get some more info.

    Hope you enjoy!

As the xbox 360 is still for sale, and the game is not unreleased. It cannot be organized on the site.

You can link to your own site or post about your efforts here, but it cannot be run on the site
    due to legal reasons.

If you can get hold of the Xbox 360 XDK, you can take proper screenshots using the 'Xbox Neighborhood' tool instead of using a camera

You dont think I know that? Of course I do.

It seems you can't with a beta 1 kit.

Ah I see. I only have experience with the grey XDKs, white test kits and newer turquoise-coloured kits.

    That's quite a find!

.... Condemned is one of my favorite 360 games ever.... Even if you never release it to the community, I want to at least thank you for taking the time to snap all of those screens. Makes the beta lover in me go crazy! :congratulatory:
