I've done Special Forces: Nemesis Strike this morning and the final boss is embarrassing easy. Quite lazy developers here (well, it was a Simple Series in the very beginning). Definitely one of my TOP3 easiest bosses of all times. 1. Jumper! Griffin's Story (PS2/WII, the 360 one is different and a bit more complicated) 2. Special Forces: Nemesis Strike 3. Destroy All Humans! 2
DOOM3. The Cyberdemon was a bit too easy due to the Soul Cube's involvement. They max out your health, armor and ammo then ask you to just kill a few imps so you can throw the Soul Cube at the Cyberdemon. Do this 4 or 5 times, Cyberdemon defeated. A little anti-climactic.
The Dark King from Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. All you have to do is cast Cure on him a couple times. Yeah, using a healing spelling on the final boss does over 20,000 damage to him.
I realy doubt that any final boss is easier than the Joker in Batman: Arkham Origins. In all honesty, I don't even know if it is a boss fight, as it's so easy, but it is the last thing you do before the game ends. The game has a fair few bugs, but I can't see how the easiness of the final fight can be down to a bug. And in the 1983 classic ZX Spectrum game, Manic Miner, the last level (the twentieth) is very easy, much easier than the proceeding level, the Solar Power Generator (probably the hardest level in the game). Bioshock's final boss battle it very easy too, once you know which weapons and plasmids can harm him. One of the few flaws of the really good game Singularity (as sort of cross between Half-Life 2 and Bioshock, a first person shooter that sadly few people have played it) is that there's no boss battle of any sort, which feels like an anti-climax given how good most of the rest of the game is.
Actually, I suppose the easiest boss of all time would be Fable 2. If you want, you can shoot him while he talks. Otherwise, someone else will shoot him after he talks long enough.
I'll go with Yoshi's Story. You have respawing health items & invincibility powerups right in Boss's room!
Final Boss? Hmm... Assassin's Creed 2 was pretty easy. You were pretty much in a fistfight with an elderly pope. After that, Mass Effect 3. Marauder Shields tried, but failed, and Illusive Man was a QTE (or dialogue, which I don't mind as that feels like you had to do things to even have that option) Hardest, for me, was the end boss of Beyond Good & Evil. That backwards control change really messed me up.
Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. Can defeat the final boss in 2 or 3 rounds. Let the main character use cure on the final boss, Phoebe can use any regular attack except cure as that works differently.
I think I cheated the first time I played Final Fantasy V by glitching out Exdeath. But he was rather easy to defeat regardless.
