  7. I just picked up a copy of Bomberman yesterday for $4.99 :-D I have no N-Gage, nor do I want one, but if I recall right, there were a few models of fancy phone that can play N-Gage games, so I'll hang onto it until then. I never knew the games were on what looked to be SD cards, and weren't they supposed to be Java based? It might be worth looking into possibly getting them running under some environment on a PC, for shits and giggles.

Only problem is, the cards are encrypted and cannot run on anything other than an NGAGE. You can play the games on certain Symbian phones, but have to go the ROM route.

  9. Well yes, but obviously if the games - even game roms - have been modified to run on other phones, then someone must have a leg up on the decryption process.

I just had a neat vision of a program that did a sortof JIT decryption and ran then game - just slap your card into a USB SD/MMC reader and off you go.

Apparently the NGAGE/Java SDK has an emulator that can run them on a PC.

Sorry but Bomberman is one of the worse N-Gage games. The Symbian game Explode Arena is better. I had bought another title. Other Nokia phones can play cracked N-Gage games but not all of them. The last ones do not work. Plus they can't be played like on the N-Gage.
