I can take this to mean "I have toyed with this piece of junk for an eternity but still nothing, so let me put it up on eBay with some misleading wording, to con somebody", right?
Misleading if you're an idiot who thinks you're going to get a cheap item to fix and resell tomorrow sure. To the rest of it that means "huray spare parts!".
