I have done business with devbx (ASSEMbler) on eBay but was disappointed in the item I received.

I was bidding on what I thought to be an official Dreamcast SDK Release 10.1

Nowhere in the auction was it stated that it was on a CD-R media (March 04).

When my item finally came, this is what I got:

So I came to you via AIM and you offered me a refund, which I gladly accepted. I sent in my item (received April 11) but my refund did not come in for a while. After a few weeks later, in comes a check but with no signature.

So sent you a PM & and email stating I returned the check and asked for a Money Order (May 02), when you replied me with
"Greetings. Just scribble anything there. It'll cash. Kevin" (May 03).

I came to you recently on AIM (about a few weeks back) but nothing has come in.

All of this has been in a 3 month period now and I still do not have my refund.

I am very disappointed in the way you handle business ASSEMbler and I am just asking for the full refund I requested from you.

Sorry about that man, I've been so busy with the craziness on the site.

I will have to make this priority #1.

As to the auction, These were $5.00-$9.00 , I had so many people ask me for the sdk, I just
put them up for them to buy, and didn't think so many people would latch onto it.

As to it being a cdr, I have never seen a pressed 5.24, I opened a new 5.24 devkit
    and it was a cdr...

Sorry for the inconvenience and I will promptly act, however you could have just scribbled a name on the check and cashed it.
