    Are you the seller?

    From my experience buying from ebay.it is something to be avoided.

    Seeing as how many betas contained in the Hdd are just copies of leaked betas, it would be unfair to charge for whatever is in the hdd since the owner itself doesn't own the original disc. Unless of course he includes the discs

    I can't speak to how Commodore packed German market 1411 drives, but the fact that the instruction manual has a torn looking baggie around it and the fact that there is no knock protection insert in the front of the drive makes me skeptical of the claim that this is factory new. I actually have a US version of the 1411 new in box and it has a tape sealed baggie around the instruction manual, twist ties on different parts of the bags around the drive and cord and a knock protection card which is taped onto the front of the drive. There is also a warranty package that came in a separate clear plastic pack, also tape sealed.
