A bit offtopic, but in my oppinion a store unit would only be interesting, if it included the actual store display and Sony lcd, man I would pay $$ for that;-)

The system is even less interesting too considering how beat up it looks in the picture. I wouldn't really want to bid on it at all.

I thought it was a little weird too since from the one picture there's no Sony or Playstation 3 logo anywhere. Not to mention it's supposedly new in box, but there it looks like the seller has it out of the box and running. <_<

I wouldn't dismiss it though until we here something from someone who actually knows what it is.

Considering how rare and impossible to get CEB units are, I would expect a scam out of it, the guy probably looked for ps3 devkit on google and took the first pic he could find. I am not even sure he knows what it is like. I don't even see a picture of the box in there, I say scam here.

I agree with mathieulh... this is more than likely a scam.

    Yeah.

Also, if he really knew what he had, the starting point IMO would've ben a lot higher, and the desription waay more detailed than that.

    Also some better pics probably...

He used a image from the internet on his other lot (A bag/Case) So he probably did the same for this lot but it just isn't a stock image. *Shrugs*

    Good point!

Seems like an outright scam, if he really was in the possession of such a rare unit he would have put up a boxed picture and longer description all along.

After checking his feedback it's quite obvious that it's a scam.
