There's something a bit shady going on here: he's put the exact same one back up again with a different title and description, BIN at $40,000. :O http://cgi.ebay.com/NES-Nintendo-St...4703?pt=Video_Games_Games&hash=item2eb480545f

Either his buyers keep getting cold feet or there's something a bit fishy going on.

Mmmmm, yeah. Very odd indeed. It went for US $20,605.52, and then relisted for US $39,999.99? WTF?

The Grandia video was given away to press on the press / industry days of the TGS (as well as given to stores). It's basically a 5 minute instore trailer, although it's sealed unless you got it from the TGS back in 2000 then it might just be resealed like most second hand stores do so. I did find a copy a few years back for the pricey sum of 52 Yen but ended up chucking it as it was dull and couldn't be arsed listing it for the few dollars it probably would have got.

Wall of text? You mean the rules? State price, include pic with a piece of paper with your forum name and ASSEMbler written on it if it's over $100. Not hard ;-)

The Segagaga box has been re-listed.
I am ashamed to say that if I would buy something like this I would surely NOT let it sit unopened, but wear the shirt and buttons proudly. Yes, I am a sucker for special editions, but I never let them sit unopened, I actually use the goodies included.

Sometimes when I stumble upon a collection of old, unopened stuff I wonder if I'm doing something wrong. But then again, I played with my MOTU figures in the sandbox too, never thought about what they might be worth 20 years later in a mint state. (as if any little boy would :D )

Maybe I'm still a little kid in my heart.

The sad day has come, where my DC's are on eBay, still haven't listed my Solid Black, Silver and Clear Seaman, they're on the way alongside a lot of VMU's, controllers and other stuff.

The prices might look a bit hefty, but corresponds more or less to what I've paid.

You're saying you paid £6000 for a dreamcast?
Err no offense like, but you could have got a range of extremely rare development kits for that price, if you paid anywhere near that much.
