    Think of them like official flash carts. It's a different system from the plop a rom chip in a socket carts. This particular one looks like it was used for testing games that had rumble (Top Gear Pocket or Pokemon Pinball for example).

    No Canada shipping makes me sad :(

    I'm selling my PS3 Tool (DECR-1400A). Along with it, I'm including two private, currently unreleased Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning dev builds. While the builds are on Blu-ray discs, I acquired both of them and the PS3 Tool from a very well known individual here, of whom I could perhaps have vouch for my original purchase from them. In other words, the included builds are not copies; they are the ones I acquired directly from a certain someone here (who I know didn't burn them)!
