Anyone having problems sigining in to the monster at the moment? Keep getting "your sign in information is not valid. Please try again" First time I have ever had this System problems or someone else sign in?
i had this issue with paypal a few times and ebay, just close browser, repeat process, and do make sure everything is correct indeed.
Still the same problem I even have two pc`s on my desk at work with difrerent companies/networks and getting the same response on both Odd!!! Will have to e-mail them!
Request a password reset. Click 'forgot password'. I dont know what happens from then on but they should either reset it, or send the current password to your email account. Hopefully, that isn't hacked into, as well!
I have chatted with their on-line help and they are sending a password reset e-mail as I can`t sign in So hopefully all should be sorted now To their credit they did send an e-mail saying account suspended due to false listings and then another saying it is on stop and to contact them so not to bad...
Make sure you change all the passwords you have now just to be extra safe. Also, scan your computer for any trojans, viruses, etc.
All fixed....and go them to credit the £72 fees for the bastards listings!!! My user name is now the same as here, well with a - in the middle
