I say anyone who scams another deserves all the shit they get. EBay scamming is cowardly. I'm glad she got a verbal beating and 5000 USD fine. Now if only the F*ckers that did me a year ago got their dues.

I love this! I normally don't like Judge Judy because I am not a fan of verbal abuse since it makes me uneasy, but this woman deserved it all the way.

so these are real cases?
just asking cause here in germany, these judge-shows depict fictional cases with amateur actors and these shows are usually a total disgrace, its unbelievable just how bad they are. one of the many reasons i dont have a tv-tuner anymore.

I believe the process is:

1. You have some stupid outrageous case that has enough sex, drugs, violence and $$$ involved to pique the interest of the producer of one of these shows.

2. You call the show.

3. You sign a contract in which you agree to settle the conflict while looking like a jackass on TV.

4. Judge Judy tells you how much better than you she is.


I believe people get paid to be on these shows though...

For judges to turn into superstars , is something that is fundamentaly wrong. These people enjoy immunities and must be at all times impartial and just. Seperation of powers etc. This is an unfortunate ridicule of the legal system.

AS such , the scamming bitch didn't pay a DIME.
