    I don't know if this forum have this kind of thread but here you post information why you should keep away from the seller at ebay.

    I was bought Command & Conquer JPN Sealed to sega saturn, item never come. Is have take two weeks now and nothing have arrived he do not reply to any e-mails either :( So now I have lose my money because is longer than 40 days!

    So is it two weeks or 40 days? Maybe the item is stuck in customs.

    agreed - 2 weeks isn't that long to wait - give it 40 days, as the poster above said.

    It happened to me before, the seller would delay and delay, just wait a bit more blablabla eventually it didn't arrive and I couldn't claim it due to that 40 days crap.
    Now I just file a complain/dispute after 30 days just in case and remove it when and if something arrives... so default complain with everything I buy that takes more then a month to arrive is the way to go.
