Ebay shut my account because of VERO.. again

Ebay just sucks anymore. Fees too high, can't sell anything cool. Although in 10 years I have never had a paypal problem. I leave money in my account all the time. No one ever has taken it.

 

I'm done with eBay beyond buying random spare parts and selling something that is 100% unarguably legit. I can see why someone might consider EPROMs to be counterfeit even if they are part of a legit kit. Extremely stupid reasoning but still...

 

Up until a few weeks ago I hadn't sold anything on ebay in about 10 years or more. I'd always heard people complaining about how changes in ebay/paypal policies were skewing everything more in favor of the buyer, and how there were more and more asshole buyers than asshole sellers.

After going through the process of listing one single auction I can honestly say that I agree with almost every complaint that's been voiced. I can't believe how much things have changed, all for the negative. Sellers are pretty much walking around with a bullseye on their backs (or their Paypal accounts).

You can't accept cash/check/MO's anymore, you can't list insurance as an option for the buyer to pick up, etc etc.
