    I put up some extra crap that no one will want anyway. Most are extras from bundles and or stuff I bought that people lied about condition.

    Linky

    Bid high, bid often and follow through.:lol:

    I've had some serious issues on eBay this past few weeks, first 2 users stealing my auction images/description and flooding eBay with fake XDK sales (see previous pages) and now i've had my XDK/Debug and 360 Bundle auctions crapped on by users in the USA and Canada who ask me to ship to Nigeria.

    Here's the mail I got incase anyone gets the same:

    "Hello
    I am so much interested in buying the XBOX 360 Premium Bundle - 11 Games.

    I am willing to send it to my father-in-law whom had just been posted to head the Accounting Department of an engineering company in Lagos, Nigeria as a gift.

    I have contacted DHL or FEDEX for postage cost to that part of the world and i got to know that it will cost between 30USD to 50USD to post to Nigeria for postage including parking and insurance to nigeria.

    I will make a payment to you via PAYPAL in a jiffy.
    I want you to send the phone to him as soon as you can.
    Below is his postal address.

    ==============================================
    NAME: HAMZAT ADEKUNLE
    ADDRESS: 17, HUMUANI STR, BAJULAIYE
    CITY: SOMOLU
    STATE: LAGOS
    COUNTRY: NIGERIA
    ZIP CODE: .23401

    ===========================================

    Thanking you for your understand...."

    Clearly this is a scam, no payment arrived for any of my items and they were from 2 users, but seeing as they sent the same mail its clearly the same guy. The above scam-mail was sent after the auctions were won, but the e-mail is worded like a pre sale request in some places by saying hes interested in buying even though he already won.

    Just a heads up.

    John

    It might be worth putting "no Nigerian bidders please" at the top of your auction. I did when I was relisting an NR reader after the above happened to me the first time, second time it sold without problem. The scammer email was actually quite amusing, the guy tried to convince me that it was a wedding present for his sister who was also doing game development in Nigeria...

    You guys should accept the pre-paid shipping labels that the scammers email you. It's a great way to get rid of trash. ;)

    Hah, Just cause its factory sealed? Thats so over-rated. Besides that its not even the original release, which was in the cardboard case. Only a few of those got out before they switched to the plastic cases.

    Paulo had merged Mark's topic about his site-reopening into the website updates topic. Mark got upset over it and now is using this merging thing as a jab.

    Im just trying to nip it in the bud before it becomes some silly thing again.
